Unlike the Olsens’ monastic and subdued minimalism at The Row, the Changs create gowns that wow. Their bridal and eveningwear designs for their Taiwan-based fashion brand, Nicole + Felicia, are often decadent affairs bursting with fabric and heavily adorned with hand-stitched embellishments.
