ETRO Fall Winter 2025-26 collection

Introducing Etro Magma. A timeless narrative—ancient myths, celestial beginnings, and evolutionary marvels come to life on the runway and behind the scenes. Fluid silhouettes, luxurious textures, and mythical designs intertwine, defining the dynamic coed Fall Winter 2025-26 collection.
Furs have dominated the catwalk this season, with Etro showcasing some of the standout pieces. The show kicked off with a striking shaggy wool fur coat featuring bold black and white stripes, casually layered over relaxed Paisley-printed trousers and a knitted waistcoat. This ensemble exuded both impact and ease, establishing a tone for a collection that balanced restraint with Etro’s signature penchant for intricate, ornate prints.
The set was a stunning creation by Numero Cromatico, commissioned by creative director Marco De Vincenzo. It featured a sweeping curtain adorned with a primitive, fantastical menagerie, described by De Vincenzo as “born out of primordial matter.”
This backdrop underscored the collection's focus on the tangible, tactile qualities of fabrics and textures. While the silhouettes remained sleek and uncomplicated, prioritizing wearable daywear, the materials were rich, thick, and enhanced with glossy or rubberized finishes.

“Etro’s heritage is so rich that it feels like a constantly self-renewing force,” De Vincenzo remarked. With a vast archive at his fingertips, he revisits, reinterprets, and refines patterns and motifs each season, sometimes introducing entirely new designs. For this collection, he partnered with Korean artist Maria Jeon to create a series of embroideries inspired by fantastical zoology.
Additionally, botanical prints were enlarged and abstracted, overprinted on ribbed wool for fluid dresses with asymmetrical handkerchief hems, as well as on airy organza tunics and sweeping, elongated dusters. Departing from the vibrant energy of previous seasons, this collection presented a more subdued and introspective interpretation of the Etro aesthetic.
